How our ratings work
Store ratings on Mervo come from Omdio, a service that collects reviews only from people who have bought from the store.
Omdio has the same owner as Mervo. Who owns what
Only verified purchases
Omdio sends an invitation after a purchase, when the store has told it about the order. Only someone who got an invitation can write a review.
Reviews without a verified purchase behind them are not shown on Mervo.
What a reviewer is asked
The reviewer rates the store from one to 5 stars and can add a text in their own language.
The reviewer can choose to be anonymous. We show the text as it was written and never translate it.
Negative reviews stay
Negative reviews are published like any other. A store cannot have a review removed by asking for it, and cannot pay to have it removed.
A store can answer a review publicly. The answer is shown under the review.
One country at a time
A store is rated separately in each country. On this site you see ratings from buyers in Denmark only.
The badge
Omdio decides whether a store has its badge. Mervo does not decide it, and no store can pay for it.

If a review looks wrong to you, report it to Omdio from the review on its site. Go to Omdio
